CHICKEN HULA POKE.


Yes, we’ve all been waiting for it... introducing you to the Chicken Hula Poke, a delicate burst of flavor that will make you feel like floating in the clouds.

We are so excited that we want to explain it in the best Michelin style... We start with a sushi rice base, followed by our chicken marinated with Kalbi sauce that brings fruity, salty, sweet flavors with aromatic hints of garlic and sesame. This chicken is sous-vide cooked at low temperature so it does not lose its juiciness. To accompany it you will find scald bimi, carrot, pickled red onion and avocado. What a combination uh?... surely you are already imagining it.

As for the sauce, we also have a new launching! Gomedare mango, if you say it fast three times we give you a Hula Poke for free ( just kidding). It is a sesame sauce with mango pulp, so it gives a sweet essence that feels phenomenal with the chicken, and as a final touch: fried onion.

In this case a good bite is worth a thousand words, so we invite you to try it... and hurry, they are getting snapped up!
